We know that starting with a new service can feel like a lot, so we’ve made two different paths for you to choose from. Just pick the one that feels best for your brain and energy levels today. Both paths lead to the same wonderful destination: connecting you with feel-good support.

The Fast Track

On the Fast Track path, we'll guide you through our All-in-One Form. It’s super smart and gets all your details and your Service Agreement sorted in one go.

Choose this path if:

You're feeling focused and ready to tackle a form.
You have your NDIS plan and details handy.
You like getting things done independently and quickly.

The Guided Journey

On the Guided Journey path, you’ll chat to a Peer from Neuroqueer through SMS, email, phone or video call – whichever you prefer. They'll get to know you first, and then we'll take care of the details together, one step at a time.

Choose this path if:

You find big forms a bit much.
You'd feel better talking to a person first.
You'd like some help with the admin.
You’re not sure which path to choose.

Estimated time: 2–3 minutes

Can’t decide on a path?

It’s okay. There’s no wrong choice. This is all about what works for you.

You can change your mind. If you start the Fast Track form and decide it's too much, just close the window and come back here to request a chat instead.
